Gregorio Chavarria, PMP is a project management training coach who has helped many in the profession study and gain a thorough foundation for the Project Management Professional Exam. Gregorio carries over 12 years of experience in project management fields such as construction management, government contracts administration and IT Software Development. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in Management of Information Systems.
In addition to being an instructor for Florida International University, Gregorio manages projects for the City of Miami’s Information Technology Department. He works as a Senior Programmer and Senior Systems Analyst.
Helping others is one of Gregorio’s passions. He is very involved in a variety of volunteer organizations. Gregorio is currently the Vice President of Education and Director of Standards for the PMI South Florida Chapter. During his spare time, he participates mentoring inner city youth through the Miami Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
